Milk and cheeses between tradition and technology
A journey into the world of milk and its processing between tradition and technology. Guided tour to the new dairy, designed and built to accommodate visitors who want to assist the works of the processing milk, to taste all the products and still follow through multimedia projections, the history of the farmers of Livigno and Trepalle.
