Conditions of attendance

5) The names on the list of participants can be changed until the 30/11/2011. If the race is cancelled the registered participants get their paid fees refunded up to 50 percent.
6) The numbers are distributed in the start/finish area by the race organizers. The participants can receive their number showing the certificate for the winter season 2009/2010 at the following times: Friday 9.00 to 12.30 and 14.00 to 20.00 h, Saturday 8.00 to 20.00 h and Sunday 8.00 to 10.00 h.
7) The start of the race is scheduled for 11.00 h. The numbers are assigned obligingly by the race committee (see group assess).
