1865 Toll Relief

In the year 1861 even Livigno becomes a part of the Italian kingdom. Already in the year 1865 the toll relief, earned over many years, got confirmed.
With law number 526 voted onto 17/7/1910 the Italian constitution the Italian kingdom recognizes Livigno's special toll status and the relief for its inhabitants and the community, defining exactly its borders. The special status is recognized some years later by the Italian Republic and the European Union.
